Bloom
a second spring retreat
Four days on a working lavender farm, at the exact moment the year turns toward the light. For women who are ready to put themselves back on the list.
THE INVITATION
You have spent years being the one who holds it all together.
You are good at it. People rely on it. And somewhere in the middle of all that holding, the quiet part of you that knows what she wants got very hard to hear.
Bloom is four days of being cared for instead of doing the caring. Slow mornings, long walks through the fields, real food, a small circle of women, and enough space that your own voice comes back at normal volume.
You leave with rest in your body and a clear picture of the year ahead. Not a resolution. A direction.
WHY A SECOND SPRING
Spring turns on March 20. You arrive the next morning.
The spring equinox is the one day of the year when light and dark are held in balance. In old farming lore it is the line between the dark half of the year and the light half. After it, the light wins a little more every single day.
We gather on the first four days of that light, on a working lavender farm in the Rio Grande Valley, while the gardens are waking up. A second spring is not a smaller one. It is the season you get to plant on purpose.
THE EXPERIENCE
Four days of restoration, creativity, and clarity.
Daily yoga
Gentle morning practice in the wellness yurt to wake the body and settle the nervous system. Every level welcome, including none.
Vision workshop
Rose walks you through art and writing as tools for thinking. By the end you have something on paper you can take home and use.
Sound healing
A private sound bath at dusk. You lie down, the room fills with tone, and your body does the rest without being asked.
Field to fork dining
Three dinners and three breakfasts from the farm's own kitchen and gardens. Long tables, good conversation, no rushing.
Guided meditation
Short, practical sessions you can actually repeat at home. No incense required, no belief system attached.
Open afternoons
Time that belongs to you. Walk the fields, sit in the gardens, sleep, or book a treatment at the farm spa.
THE SHAPE OF IT
Sunday to Wednesday.
A working outline. Timings settle closer to the date, and nothing here is compulsory.

THE SETTING
A working lavender farm with two Michelin Keys.
Los Poblanos sits on twenty five acres of lavender fields, cottonwood trees, and formal gardens in Albuquerque's North Valley. The 1932 buildings were designed by John Gaw Meem, the architect who defined Santa Fe style. It is the only property in New Mexico to hold Two Michelin Keys, an award for hotels that are a destination in themselves.

IN THEIR WORDS
Women who have worked with Rose.
Thank you to Rose Simmons for helping me find my confidence and build the mental strength I didn't even know I had.
COACHING CLIENT
It has felt like freedom. I feel like I turned a corner that I've been stuck in. I'm so glad I invested in my well being by doing this with you.
COACHING CLIENT
You're teaching women to be fearless. You're tapping into hidden talents, even the obvious ones the person doesn't recognise in herself.
COACHING CLIENT

YOUR HOST
Rose Simmons
I created this retreat because I know how easy it is to spend years taking care of everyone else while losing sight of yourself. I wanted to make the kind of space I wish more people gave themselves. A few days to breathe, reflect, create, reconnect, and come home with a renewed sense of purpose.
Rose is a mindset and wellness coach, artist, and retreat host. She draws on years of work in coaching, behaviour change, strength training, visualization, and nervous system practices, and builds experiences that are both deeply reflective and grounded in tools you can use on an ordinary Tuesday.
Her retreats balance inspiration with restoration: beautiful surroundings, honest conversation, creative expression, nourishing food, and evidence informed practice. The goal is simple. That every guest leaves more present, more confident, and more connected to the person she is becoming.
